In an emotion-phobic culture, allowing your feelings to take root is like swimming upstream.

I'll accompany you to the edges of that experience, helping you to find the self-acceptance that ultimately makes change possible.

Join me in working from a relational, psychodynamic, liberatory perspective that emphasizes recognition of how our past informs our present, and how identity shapes the ways we move through the world.

Areas of focus include medical trauma, illness/pain/disability, body image and eating issues, people of queer and LGBQIAA experience, people of trans and non-binary gender experience, kink/BDSM, polyamory and non-traditional relationship configurations, coming to terms with privilege, and living at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities.
